I'm inspired to see many long-standing Fediverse supporters, moderators, admins, and code contributors volunteer their expertise for Discovery Week! I can't wait to learn from you all.

@evan Being in the edge case of running on an instance that I myself run for only my wife and I, it happens to be that “My fediverse instance” is synonymous with “my household”.

So that’s an easy win.

@evan The amazing bit is the Republican party has had power for just over a year. A party that screamed "America First!" into any microphone they scream into.

In their first year of power they have done nothing but anti-American legislation.

You'd think the Democrats could slam dunk this election cycle. But because the Democrats will do Democrat things they will some how shoot themselves in the foot and squander this moment.
