Yes, I once had a situation like that in an open-plan office. Fortunately, the emergency doctor arrived quickly. The person was participating in an online meeting, and back at the office, my colleagues were discussing why he was drunk. But he wasn't, we never saw him drunk. So, we decided to call the emergency. This was a good decision.

Yes, but... The person may not be drunk at all. Some symptoms that appear to be signs of alcohol intoxication could actually be serious signs of a stroke or another medical emergency.
@julian I find the GitHub scans pretty helpful, but I guess there are more specific bugs that people report.
@julian This seems like something you could do yourself, and cut out the middleman.
