Not all hospitals provide palliative care — it would be good if more did.
But beyond that, many providers of palliative care reject MAiD; they view accompanying people while they die as quite different from actively causing their death. I really don't like having anyone, including AI systems, write for me under my own name. Not least because I don't like the style and tone of ChatGPT and friends. They just write very blandly.
