I'm not sure it's a HUGE LOSS, though.
Magyar is conservative but maybe not far right; his party Tisza is conservative and populist. Magyar is somewhat outside the Orbán circle of corruption, somewhat more pro-European. He's, uh, not great on diversity.
But maybe that's the recipe for getting out of this mess; somewhat less shitty, much better looking replacements for entrenched corrupt autocrats.
